Lemongrass artisan ice cream adds the great italian tradition to its offer: directly from the ancient Roman recipe, taste the Semifreddo allo Zabaione.

Our passion for italian tradition led us to strictly choose peculiarities and characteristics of our products.

The “Semifreddo allo Zabaione” is made by the ancient roman recipe, using Marsala Superiore wine aged 6 years inside oak barrels from Slavonia.
Eggs are selected by specific cultivations, and are handmade whipped by whisk, following classical and traditional italian cooking procedures.

Once Semifreddo is made, we let it rest for about 24 hours, so to grant the right balance between flavour and consistence: an intense taste of italian quality and craftsmanship for a natural pleasure.
