Hazelnut: in the first place!

The artisan production of our ice cream is made by choosing its ingredients only from the italian excellences, like the hazelnut known as “tonda gentile”.

Lemongrass hardly researches the best italian food tradition so to bring as much quality as possible; the strict selection of the ingredients is made to satisfy the higher standards in preparing an organic ice cream, and that’s why natural products like the famous hazelnut “tonda gentile” from Piemonte are chosen to represent an italian heart inside a sweet, tasty and universal flavour.
